On June 19, the Notre Dame Refugee Centre celebrated its 30th anniversary. Originally set up by the Marist team and a group of parishioners in 1996 at the French Church in London, the centre grew to offer a welcome to refugees and to develop responses to their various needs.

Highlights From an Inspiring Month at La Neylière
The Marist house of La Neylière in France had a vibrant month of May, hosting three events focused on the Marist Mission at La Neylière. This mission has three key goals:
1) Sharing the Marist heritage in a living, welcoming community. 2) Offering opportunities for connection, learning, and spiritual growth. 3) Serving the local community in meaningful ways.
London Legal Walk 2026
On Tuesday, 9th June 2026, a dedicated team from the Notre Dame Refugee Centre (NDRC) completed the 10km London Legal Walk in order to raise funds for the London Legal Support Trust and helping thousand access justice.

Cultivating the Marist Spirit in Our Schools in Ireland
The Chanel Community in Coolock (Ireland) recently welcomed for a week Lachie Bartlett, a second-year seminarian from Casa Di Maria in Rome. Accompanied by Fr Martin McAnaney, he was assisting in the efforts of the Marist education patronage body, Marist Education Authority Schools (MEAS), in their efforts to further Marist ethos and leadership training in education.
Marist days: sharing about vocations in French schools
This spring, several Marist schools in France celebrated “Les journées maristes” (Marist Days). The journey began in March at Bury and Le Rosaire (North Paris) and continued after Easter at our three Toulon locations: Cours Fénelon, Institution Sainte Marie, and Externat Saint Joseph la Cordeille.
