150th anniversary
of fr Colin’s death
150 years ago Fr Jean-Claude Colin, the founder of the Society of Mary passed into eternal life. His dream was to live the Gospel in the way of Mary, that means to be hidden and unknown in the world. His vision continues to inspire people around the world: in schools, parishes, missions and communities. From Europe to Africa, from the Americas to Asia and Oceania, Marists walk with people, sharing faith, hope and compassion. As we mark the 150th anniversary, we listen to the voices of Marists today. Their stories remind us that Fr Colin’s legacy is not just history, it’s a living mission. One mission, many voices, a shared journey!
