Deltakerne var skoleledere fra Frankrike, Tyskland og Irland, den europeiske provinsprovinsen og medbr\u00f8dre fra provinsen som var involvert i utdannelsesoppdraget, samt deres lekfolkskolleger. Pater Tony Kennedy deltok ogs\u00e5 som generalassistent med ansvar for utdanning.  <\/p>\n\n<p>En utfordring som m\u00f8ter \"<strong><em>hellige utdanningsoppdrag<\/em><\/strong>\" i dag er \u00e5 forbli utpreget katolsk og maristisk, og samtidig v\u00e6re inkluderende overfor andre trossamfunn. Europas religi\u00f8se landskap er i stadig endring p\u00e5 grunn av historiske endringer og den p\u00e5g\u00e5ende globale migrasjonen. Etter hvert som Europa tiltrekker seg yngre befolkninger fra fattigere regioner, blir samfunnene, og n\u00f8dvendigvis ogs\u00e5 skolene, stadig mer mangfoldige. Katolsk utdanning har en forpliktelse til \u00e5 fremme dialog mellom ulike kulturer og trosretninger. Hvordan kan vi unng\u00e5 \u00e5 \"miste v\u00e5r sjel\" samtidig som vi tillater dialog om forskjeller og oppmuntrer til den interkulturelle praksisen som kirken fremmer i dag?    <\/p>\n\n<p>Hovedforedraget <strong><em>hovedinnlegget<\/em><\/strong> ble holdt av salesianeren pater Antony Christy Lourdunathan sdb, som ga sitt innblikk i denne debatten. Hvilke sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l m\u00f8ter vi n\u00e5r vi skal holde sammen \u00e5penhet for alle og samtidig v\u00e6re forankret i kristen tro? I dagens sosiale og teknologiske kontekst, hvilke holdninger m\u00e5 vi kultivere for \u00e5 implementere verdien av \"inkludering\", som var s\u00e5 kj\u00e6r for v\u00e5re maristiske grunnleggere? Hans bidrag ble satt pris p\u00e5 og skapte fruktbare diskusjoner i sm\u00e5 grupper. Men det gjenst\u00e5r fortsatt \u00e5 arbeide med de praktiske implikasjonene av det hele. Du kan lese foredraget hans p\u00e5 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/maristeurope.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Keynote-Marists-Education-Europe-Annual-Meet.pdf\">engelsk<\/a><\/strong> og <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/maristeurope.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Keynote-Marists-Education-Europe-Francais.pdf\">fransk<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/maristeurope.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Keynote-Marists-Education-Europe-Francais.pdf\">.<\/a>     <\/p>\n\n<p>Forsamlingen fikk h\u00f8re ekko fra Generalkapitlet 2025 om oppdraget med utdanning i dag og veien videre for Mariasamfunnet. Oppdraget er mer enn \u00e5 opprettholde Maristskolene. Det handler om \u00e5 forme fremtiden ved \u00e5 st\u00f8tte v\u00e5re misjonspartnere i utdanningen som gir liv til den. Dette vil sikre at pater Colins og hans f\u00f8lgesvenners visjon fortsetter \u00e5 forme hjerter og sinn for kommende generasjoner.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Det var ikke bare arbeid! Deltakerne fikk ogs\u00e5 muligheten til \u00e5 smake p\u00e5 Romas arkeologiske arv gjennom et bes\u00f8k i nabolaget til Colosseum og San Clemente-basilikaen, etterfulgt av en messe som ble feiret i Maristkommuniteten Casa di Maria og animert av studentene.
