L'un des moments forts de la journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 le d\u00e9voilement d'un nouveau tableau dans l'\u00e9glise, repr\u00e9sentant Marie et les disciples \u00e0 la Pentec\u00f4te. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette \u0153uvre vient compl\u00e9ter une peinture ant\u00e9rieure du m\u00eame artiste, \u00ab La Fuite en \u00c9gypte \u00bb, qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9e dans l\u2019\u00e9glise en 2015. Cette \u0153uvre ant\u00e9rieure utilisait une palette de couleurs p\u00e2les, inspir\u00e9e de la poussi\u00e8re du d\u00e9sert et de la tristesse de son sujet. Le nouveau tableau regorge de couleurs vives. Il c\u00e9l\u00e8bre la lumi\u00e8re du Saint-Esprit et la naissance de l\u2019\u00c9glise, et s\u2019inspire des vitraux ensoleill\u00e9s des cath\u00e9drales gothiques, dans des tons de rouge, de bleu, de vert et d\u2019or, \u00ab les couleurs de la vie \u00e9ternelle \u00bb.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au c\u0153ur de la sc\u00e8ne se trouve Marie, recueillie en pri\u00e8re avec les ap\u00f4tres et les femmes qui attendaient avec eux la venue de l'Esprit. L\u2019artiste a choisi de la repr\u00e9senter sous une forme stylis\u00e9e, \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u2019une ic\u00f4ne. Ce choix s\u2019inscrit dans la tradition de la peinture d\u2019ic\u00f4nes, o\u00f9 l\u2019image se construit de l\u2019obscurit\u00e9 vers la lumi\u00e8re. C\u2019est une mani\u00e8re tout \u00e0 fait appropri\u00e9e de pr\u00e9senter la M\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9glise, qui \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 sa naissance comme elle l\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e0 la naissance de son Fils.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-dessus de l'assembl\u00e9e, l'Esprit descend sous forme de flammes bleues. Ce choix s'est impos\u00e9 au fur et \u00e0 mesure que l'\u0153uvre avan\u00e7ait. Pour l\u2019artiste, ces flammes sont devenues le ciel, le royaume c\u00e9leste, enflammant la mission des disciples sur terre et \u00e9voquant un feu spirituel plut\u00f4t que litt\u00e9ral. \u00ab<em>Je consid\u00e8re l\u2019art comme l\u2019un des chemins menant \u00e0 Dieu<\/em> \u00bb<em>,<\/em> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Timur D\u2019Vatz, d\u00e9crivant cette commande comme un magnifique chapitre de sa vie.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le p\u00e8re Pascal Boidin sm, cur\u00e9 de la paroisse Notre-Dame-de-France, partage quelques r\u00e9flexions sur ce tableau et sa signification mariste.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pourquoi ce th\u00e8me ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La naissance de l\u2019\u00c9glise est l\u2019un des th\u00e8mes maristes majeurs. Notre fondateur, Jean-Claude Colin, s\u2019est inspir\u00e9 de la premi\u00e8re \u00c9glise r\u00e9unie dans le C\u00e9nacle. La descente du Saint-Esprit sur cette assembl\u00e9e marque un tournant d\u00e9cisif : c\u2019est \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0 que les disciples se dispersent afin que toutes les nations puissent recevoir la bonne nouvelle de l\u2019\u00c9vangile. La Pentec\u00f4te est d\u00e9j\u00e0 repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans un bas-relief sur les colonnes \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9glise. Nous avons souhait\u00e9 que ce th\u00e8me soit davantage pr\u00e9sent en ce lieu o\u00f9 se construit l\u2019\u00c9glise d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui.    <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pourquoi Timur D'Vatz ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2015, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du 150e anniversaire de Notre-Dame de France, Timur nous a offert un tableau repr\u00e9sentant la Fuite en \u00c9gypte. Il \u00e9voque l\u2019exil que J\u00e9sus et ses parents ont endur\u00e9 en fuyant la violence d\u2019H\u00e9rode. Il est accroch\u00e9 au mur, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des salles o\u00f9 le Centre pour r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s accueille les migrants sans papiers qu\u2019il accompagne. Il \u00e9tablit ainsi un lien entre l\u2019\u00e9glise, lieu o\u00f9 se c\u00e9l\u00e8bre la foi chr\u00e9tienne, et l\u2019action sociale du Centre pour r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s. Depuis lors, nous esp\u00e9rions qu\u2019une nouvelle \u0153uvre de Timur vienne faire \u00e9cho \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re. Onze ans plus tard, c\u2019est chose faite !     <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qu'est-ce que cela signifie pour vous ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce fut une grande joie d\u2019accueillir cette \u0153uvre : de discuter des esquisses avec Timur et de la voir prendre forme lors d\u2019une visite dans son atelier en Normandie. Je suis heureux que des artistes contemporains puissent exprimer la beaut\u00e9 de la foi.
