Pater Jean-Claude Colin<\/strong> (1790-1875) war der Gr\u00fcnder der Gesellschaft Mariens (Maristen), ein Mann mit tiefem Glauben und stiller Entschlossenheit, der sein Leben der Verbreitung des Evangeliums im Geiste Mariens widmete. Geboren in den Nachwehen der Franz\u00f6sischen Revolution, einer Zeit des Aufruhrs und des Wandels, schwebte Colin eine Mission vor, die von Demut, Einfachheit und Barmherzigkeit<\/strong> gepr\u00e4gt sein sollte. Inspiriert von Marias Rolle in der fr\u00fchen Kirche wollte er ihre stille, aber unersch\u00fctterliche Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr die Mission Christi nachahmen und eine Ordensfamilie gr\u00fcnden, die den am st\u00e4rksten Ausgegrenzten Hoffnung und F\u00fcrsorge bringen sollte. Sein Verm\u00e4chtnis inspiriert die Maristen auf der ganzen Welt, ihren Glauben mit demselben Geist der Hingabe und des Dienstes zu leben. <\/span><\/p>\n

Er war ein ruhiger Junge aus dem winzigen Weiler Barbery, der an einem Wald in der Region Beaujolais in Zentralfrankreich liegt, w\u00e4hrend die Franz\u00f6sische Revolution tobte. Im Alter von f\u00fcnf Jahren wurde er zum Waisenkind, nicht durch Gewalt, sondern durch die Krankheit und den fr\u00fchen Tod seiner Eltern. Er wuchs bei seinem Onkel auf und lebte ein einfaches Leben in St. Bonnet le Troncy<\/strong>: Er hielt die Messe in der Pfarrkirche, h\u00fctete die K\u00fche auf den Feldern und war nie weit vom ruhigen Wald von Barbery entfernt. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Im Alter von vierzehn Jahren trat <\/strong> Jean-Claude in das kleine Priesterseminar von St. Jodard ein. <\/strong><\/span>Jodard<\/span><\/strong>, einer Sekundarschule f\u00fcr Jungen, die sich auf das Priesteramt vorbereiten und hoffen, ein Leben im stillen Gebet in einem sanften Dienst zu verbringen. Trotz <\/span>einige gesundheitliche Probleme,<\/span> Jean-Claude bew\u00e4ltigte sein Studium ohne Schwierigkeiten und geh\u00f6rte zu den besten Studenten.<\/span> <\/span>Am Ende des Sommers 1813 machte sich Jean-Claude auf den Weg ins Priesterseminar St. Irenaeus in Lyon<\/strong>, um dort die letzten Jahre der Vorbereitung auf das Priesteramt zu absolvieren<\/span><\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Im Priesterseminar traf er Jean-Claude Courveille, einen Mitseminaristen, der von einer erstaunlichen Begegnung mit der Heiligen Jungfrau berichtete. Maria hatte im Heiligtum der Kathedrale von Le Puy zu ihm gesprochen und ihren Wunsch nach einer Ordensgemeinschaft ge\u00e4u\u00dfert, die ihren Namen tr\u00e4gt: Maristen<\/strong>. Zusammen mit einem Dutzend anderer junger M\u00e4nner f\u00fchlte er sich zu diesem Projekt einer Gesellschaft hingezogen: ein Baum mit mehreren \u00c4sten, der Priester, Schwestern, Br\u00fcder und Laien vereint. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Am 23<\/span>rd<\/span> Juli, einen Tag nachdem einige von ihnen zu Priestern geweiht worden waren, stiegen die zw\u00f6lf Maristenaspiranten auf den H\u00fcgel von Fourvi\u00e8re mit Blick auf Lyon zum alten Schrein der Muttergottes. Dort gelobte die Gruppe junger M\u00e4nner feierlich, die Gesellschaft Mariens zu gr\u00fcnden. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Kurz nach <\/span>seiner<\/span> Ordination wurde Jean-Claude Colin in das Dorf <\/span>Cerdon<\/span>geschickt, um sich<\/span> seinem \u00e4lteren Bruder, Pater Pierre Colin<\/span>der dort Pfarrer war. <\/span>Die Monate vergingen <\/span>durch<\/span> <\/span>er<\/span> begann er mehr und mehr \u00fcber das Maristenprojekt nachzudenken<\/span> und entwarf Elemente einer<\/span> einer Lebensregel f\u00fcr die <\/span>Gesellschaft der <\/span>Mar<\/span>y. Zusammen mit den Colin-Br\u00fcdern bei <\/span>Cerdon<\/span> waren t<\/span>zwei junge Frauen<\/span>, darunter die <\/span>Gr\u00fcnderin<\/span>,<\/span> Jeanne-Marie <\/span>Chavoin<\/span> die<\/span> bettelt<\/span>a<\/span>n die Schwestern<\/span>‘<\/span> Zweig des Maristenprojekts.<\/span> <\/span>Inzwischen hat P. <\/span>Marcellin <\/span>Champagnat war <\/span>besch\u00e4ftigt <\/span>zu gr\u00fcnden.<\/span> die <\/span>Br\u00fcder<\/span> in seiner ersten Gemeinde La Valla zu gr\u00fcnden. <\/strong><\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
